Responsible for overall development, execution and management of all packaging components

Responsible for developing new packaging components with local suppliers and RB’s preferred global suppliers, and to ensure appropriate levels of quality are achieved

Responsible for coordination of packaging aspects of technical transfers, cost reduction initiatives, NPD and EPD, packaging validations and continuous improvement of packaging technology

Responsible for ensuring RB packaging standards are also applied to local co-packers manufacturing Durex products

Develop necessary specifications within management systems (TDS), ensure compliance and control of packaging components within operations system (SAP)

Drive components rationalization and harmonization projects in line with business requirements

Coordination of packaging component trials at manufacturing site level

Ensure successful developments of artwork files with printers, manage colour proofs to ensure compliance with requirements

Work alongside R&D, site operations and planning to ensure successful delivery of projects, on time and in budget

Support day to day site operations to help resolve key production issues related to packaging, continuous improvement to reduce cost and complexity.

Bachelor degree or above, a plus in packaging, material, chemical or mechanical engineering.

5 years packaging experience in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG industry is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Broad commercial awareness and systems oriented

Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
