职位描述
Major responsibilities:
？ Equipment preventive maintenance (mechanical & hydraulic) implementation.
？ Maintenance and repair equipment (mechanical & hydraulic) to reduce equipment downtime, ensure that all maintenance activities (mechanical & hydraulic) can be accomplished at the scheduled time and all spare parts (mechanical & hydraulic) are availiable.
？ Equipment document (mechanical & hydraulic) management.
？ To coordinate with contractors and production people to build up new production equipment (mechanical & hydraulic) and quality measurement equipment.
？ Provide technical assistance (mechanical & hydraulic) to manufacturing and engineering as required.
？ Equipment improvement (mechanical & hydraulic) according to production requirement or equipment status and ensure the safety (mechanical & hydraulic) of the operators and equipments.
？ Work extended hours as needed for timely project completion.
？ Support and coordinate 5s, TPM, ect.activities.

？ Dedicate, self-motivation, result focused and with good teamwork spirit.
？ Open mind, task oriented and fast learner.
？ Work under pressure.
？ Strong analytical skills.
Education and experience:
？ College education in mechanical or relevant field.
？ Welding operation certificate.
？ As least 3 years of mechanical & hydraulic maintenance experience in machinery manufacturing or heavy industry manufacturing.

2.维护和修理设备以减少设备停机时间，确保在预定时间内完成所有的维修工作。
3. 设备文件的管理。
4.与供应商及生产人员合作建立新的生产设备及质量测量设备。
5.按照要求为制造及工程提供技术支持。
6.根据生产的需要改善设备，并确保操作人员及设备的安全。
7.为了及时完成项目可以延长工作时间。
8.为公司的5S及TPM管理提供支持及合作。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，机械及相关专业
2. 有焊接操作资格证
3. 三年以上机械制造业或重工业制造领域的维修经验
4. 英语熟练
