1. All jobs related with payable and receivable, jobs for month closing, ensure General Ledger is accurate

2. Reconcile all records of web banking operation include make payment、 fund transfer according to appropriate approval,

bank reconciliation for monthly closing

3. Finance dept. paper work, include double check and ensure all supporting documents are complete, pack all journal vouchers monthly; file all journal vouchers and reports monthly; keep and fetch financial files accordingly; be sure all financial documents are kept safety and properly

4. Assist to do monthly closing or any ad hoc if necessary

工作职责：

1. 所有应收账款和应付账款的工作，月底盘点并做保证盘点表的完成，确保日记账安全及准确

2. 核对银行账户的所有操作记录包括根据批准的单据进行现金支出及转帐，月末银行余额调节表等

3. 财务部内部文件管理，包括每月凭证装订，要确保所有的附件完整；每月将装订好的凭证及各种财务报告存档；日常财务档案的保管及根据需要提取；确保所有的财务档案保管安全得当

4. 协助其他同事在月结时的工作或其他紧急工作

Backgrounds and requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in major of accounting、economics or related in normal university

2. 1 years working experience of accounting department will be a plus

3. Willing to work hard and to learn more with company growth

4. Teamwork

5. CETS 6 and can make basic communication with English e.g. read and write Email in English
