Job Brief 职位简介：

We are looking for a self-starter Field electrical engineer who is able to deliver the desired customer service experience in China and solve the machine problems. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Home base is allowed.

Responsibilities 岗位职责：

1. Providing service and customer support during field visits, dispatches or directly from office. 从实地访问，派遣或直接从办公室提供服务和客户支持。
2. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance of the machine from electrical side. 在电气方面管理现场设备安装、维修和保养服务
3. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. 诊断错误或技术问题并确定适当的解决方案
4. Produce timely and detailed service reports 生成及时详细的服务报告
5. Document processes 文件处理
6. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization 与技术团队协作服务，并在团队组织中共享信息
7. Customer satisfaction 能够获得客户满意度

Requirement 岗位要求：

1. Minimum of 5 years related corporate services experience, previous experience with German machine tool companies are a plus 至少5年相关服务经验，具有德国机床公司的从业经验者优先
2. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in fluent English. Reading and speaking German is a plus. 具备良好的英语沟通能力（口语和书面），如若掌握德语为加分项。
3. Willing to travel in China, Japan, Korea, and south east Asian if required 愿意在中国，日本，韩国和东南亚等地区出差
4. Proven work experience in electrical engineering 在电气领域拥有经验证的工作经验
5. Excellent technical and electrician skills 拥有良好的技术和电气技能
6. Knowledge of Siemens 840 D and 840 D sl control unit 了解西门子840 D和840 D sl控制单元
7. CNC and PLC knowledge 掌握CNC和PLC知识
8. Over 60% of his time in travel is required 接受超过60%的出差时间
9. Strong commercial acumen and awareness including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues 拥有强大的商业头脑和意识，包括经济，文化，程序和监管问题
10. Able to work under pressure on multiple clients in different stages with varying needs 能够承受在不同阶段，不同需求的多个客户的工作压力
