Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Compile inspection standard of material,process and products,then conduct inspector operation

2. Analyze quality problem with relative members in time and take the countermeasure

3. Summarize and analyze quality data, find root cause and solve it.

4. Analyze customer complaint with production,RD,engineering. take the countermeasure and make 8D report.

5. Product test and report

6. Compile weekly and monthly report. 

7. Compile and keep ISO procedure.

8. Apply and keep product ceritification

9. Supplier audit and improvement

Education and Experience

1.Univeristy graducation in polymers or  mechanical related discipline.

2. Minimum 3 years experience as quality engineer.

3. Minimum 1 years MNC working experience

Competencies

1． Familiar with quality tools, such as SPC,MSA and so on.

2． Familiar with ISO management system. Internal auditor is preferable.

3． Strong quality mindset and process improvement

4． High communication and executie skill

5． Good computer skill, especially in Microsoft office

6． Good working attitude and teamwork spirit

7． Fluent English in oral communication and  writing

特瑞堡海洋工程（青岛）有限公司于 2009 年 9 月份投入正式生产。现公司已通过挪威船级社的质量管理体系 ISO 9001:2008 认证，ISO14001 认证及中国的公司安全标准化评审。公司现拥有员工 180 余人，其中技术管理人员达到 46 人，预计员工人数可达 200 人左右。青岛特瑞堡全部投产后生产能力可达 4 亿***。

公司现有产品范围：橡胶护舷（实心护舷、充气护舷）、挖泥管等橡胶基建产品、橡胶起重垫、特殊膨胀接头、隧道桥梁密封产品、橡胶防腐衬里系统，以及靠泊辅助电子导航装置。
