Responsibilities:

·    Lead team to executive company and SCM strategy and process in procurement;

·    Lead procurement team to achieve main tasks and KPIs, make operation process smoothly;

·    Make and optimize procurement process, manage or monitor the executive condition;

·    Know the Key information of SKUs in company, monitor market trends, keep cost advantage;

·    Continually keeping excellent competitive advantage from buying;

·    Optimize or creative in efficiency improvement;

·    Audit, consult, certificate suppliers (including bidding), set the process of managing suppliers;

·    Trouble shooting for procurement issues;

·    Team work for cross functions projects;

·    Keep team being good record in compliance issues; 

·    Key reports for management;

Requirements:

·    Above 7 years sourcing or procurement experience; Above 2 years management experience;

·    Chemical industry or related working experiment will be preferred;

·    Bachler degree or above, major is Chemistry or related will be preferred;

·    Good analysis skills and good forecast ability;

·    Creative thinking, result orientation;

·    Good management skills and executive ability;

·    Can take huge pressure;

·    Good communication skills;

·    Smoothly English writing and oral.
