主要职责和工作内容

海运和空运单证

 1．根据托书或箱单发票在公司系统中输入每票货的信息

2．制作提单样本，与发货人或国外确认提单

3. 申报AMS/ACI/VGM

 3.  给国外发送预报

4. 查询船公司网站，跟踪实际开船日期，并更新系统

5. 在公司系统中开账和发票给客户

海运和空运进口支持

1. 接受国外预报

2. 检查单据是否完整以及数据是否匹配

3. 在公司系统中输入相应数据

4. 将相应的数据和单据转给操作部门

 

系统数据录入   1．香港进出口电子报关系统的录入 2．根据提单和箱单发票输入客户的不同的系统 3．联系启运港/目的港，发送数据

4.  跟国外开电话会议，定期回顾所发生的问题并改进流程

5. 给供应商培训

 报表和报告     1．从公司内部系统中提取数据报表或者从启运港/目的港收集数据

 2．对数据报表进行整理和分析，发给客户 3．发给CEVA相应站点提醒他们完善信息的输入

4. 在公司系统中给客户创建代码

5. 在公司系统中将客户的报价定期更新   

资质和水平

专业

不限，物流、国际经济和贸易、英语、数据统计及计算机优先

证书（优先）

本科/专科, CET4

语言和沟通

普通话标准，英语读写无障碍，良好沟通能力

电脑操作水平

Excel，Word，PowerPoint水平高的优先

其它

有物流相关行业的优先

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting

1.．Run excel milestone reports from system (GTN/Log-net/SIV)

2．Sort out the data and filter the useful information

3．Send to CEVA Origin to chase them to update if any missing milestone

System updating

1．HKG declaration via Tradelink

2．Ocean AMS/ACI

3．GTN/SIV update

Documentation

1．Data entry in OFS for all shpt details

2．Verify HBL information with the shpr

3. Verify MBL information with the shipping line

Qualifications

Education and Major

1.Logistics

2.International trade

3.English

4.Computer Applications

Certifications and Licenses (Optional but advantageous)

College or above, CET4

Languages and Communication Skills

Must read and write in Mandarin & English. Good communication skills, ability to communicate and interact with people from multi-national and diverse background

Computer Skills

1.Fundamental PC skills

2.Proficiency in Word, Excel

Other Skills/Experience

Knowledge of Contract logistics & Freight forwarding is preferred

Remark

Students of Grade 3 and Grade 4 both can apply for this position. If can perform all above tasks perfectly, will also get the training for more new tasks. And CEVA will decide to transfer you to permanent staffs based on your performance.
