Responsibilities

- Lead a team of around 20 people that are responsible for supporting front-line staff on invoice issuance and debtor collection. The team will be responsible for liaising with internal front-line staff and clients via emails or calls

- Majority of the team are located in Foshan and some in Nanjing. Occasional traveling will be required. 

- Hire and train new members; manage performance of existing members

- Ensure customer service level is satisfactory

- On-going process and procedure improvement to improve level of service

- Handle complaints from clients and internal staff

- Regularly report to senior management about the team’s operations 

Basic Requirements

- College’s degree or above

- 10 years work experience or above in call centre is required with above 5 years of leadership / managerial experience preferred

- Experience related to out-bound call centre / shared service centre of financial collection / banking / insurance industry will be an advantage

- Experience of managing teams in separate locations is preferred 

- Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required

- Good command of written English is required

- Good people manager; able to lead and manage a team of around 20 people

- Customer-oriented mindset

- Strong personal initiative and accountability
