The Role

Daily maintain process cards, programs, fixtures for CNC machining, including profile and flat surface grinder,mill-turn machine,washing,leak test,especially for horizontal machining center, to make it be correct and current.

Fast solve the process issues at site in correct way by self.

Communicate with person who is related in work to finish working task.

Help operators to understand drawings, related technical documentations, fixtures, cutting tools and programs.

Ensure quality of machined parts.

Optimize and improve on-site safety and quality problem ,support on-site different issue solve..

Optimize process to get high productivity and low cost,continuously improve.

Cut down the change over time to improve productivity.

Find out the waste of available machining time, and to minimize it.

 

What you can expect from us? 

1.Supply a full training for different working post ,including the corporate culture training,safety,quality,and so on.

2.Team Comunication and cooperation.

 

What we expect of you? 

1.At least 3 years of Experience in CNC machining, familiar with ferrum machining

2.Can read, written English is preferred.

3.Have knowledge of sophisticated automating machining processes and measurement & CNC Machining & CMM Measurement.

4.Have experience in Makino & Mori Seiki machining, similar with Fanuc Control,including in fixture design.

5.Familiar with CNC cutting tools,can understand product drawings and technical documentations.have experience in Lean activities,such as QRQC,8D analysis.

6.Can effectively solve mostly of process issues happen in workshop, and be a quick solver.

7.Be a good communicator.
