Position Responsibilities:

• Perform and coordinate troubleshooting and repair activities in our assembly lines and production equipments;
• Implement preventive maintenance procedure to ensure high availability of our assembly lines and equipments;
• Set clear performance target for maintenance function and hold people accountable;
• Review performance target regularly, identify problems and implement appropriate approach to solve the problems ultimately;
• Providing coaching to team members regularly and update the IDP accordingly;
• Leading and development of the maintenance technicians

Requirements:

• Successfully graduated Bachelor degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering;
• Minimum 5 years leading experience in production maintenance;
• Strong leadership and influencing abilities;
• Good problem solving and decision making skill;
• Structured,strategic and target oriented thinking and acting;
• Initiative, team oriented and communicative personality;
• Very good English skills
