职责描述：
Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)
? Conducts Env./ SA on-site audit as team leader/team member of audit team- performing audit procedures according to the Env./ SA on-site audit procedure.
Interrelationships (Other key functional or communication lines)
? Communication with Coordinator/ technical leaders for direction in case of special circumstances.
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
? Work and report honestly, objectively in audit, protect BV reputation in all circumstance without condition.
? Conduct audits professionally in technical perspective.
? Can interview and discuss environment protection issues with factory management and technical workers to conclude environmental non-compliances in a comprehensive consideration.
? Swift responses to collect evidences of non-compliances.
? Prepare and submit audit reports that are complete, comprehensive and presented in a manner consistent with the BV guidelines.
? Prepare and submit audit files that are complete and consistent with the BV guidelines.
? Provide training and develop trainee and associate auditor in daily work.
? Communicates integrity issues to N+1 in a timely manner.
? Submit expense reports in time per company policies.
? Finish other responsibilities assigned by superiors.
? Take initiatives and shoulder responsibilities on workload and professionalism building.

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)
Core skills:
? Honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility
? Good command of English language skills in written and verbal form. Sound communication and presentation skills.

Other skills:
? Knowledge on ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000 preferred;
? Good command of computer skills, such as Windows, Word, Excel, PDF, etc;
? Willing to travel frequently
? Familiar with local environment and chemical management laws and regulations
? Have environment audit experience which covered waste water management, water use, chemical management, energy management, air emission management, solid waste management and EMS
? Or, have audit experience include but not limited to EHS audit, energy audit, water audit, etc.
? Familiar with the environment protection facilities and control requirements in different industries;
? Good command of computer skills, such as Windows, Word, Excel, PDF, etc;
Educations:
? Majored in environment science/ engineer, chemical or other related.
Qualifications:
? College or above degree

Additional preference to candidates who:
? Have environment and chemical management experience in factories;
? Have environment auditor certificate, e.g. ISO 14001, Higgs Index, etc.
