1. Auditing for the purchase orders from customers.
2. To follow up the order processing until the finished delivery.
3. Updating and maintaining the sales database within SAP.
4. With the responsibility to check the acceptable sales orders (including the additional orders) and also keep it in files, then to confirm it with customer as feedback.
5. To build up a set of visual follow-up form to monitor the delivery status.
6. Cooperation with production and logistic Dept. that to ensure the delivery without delay.
7. In case it comes some urgent requirement from customer or there are some possibilities of delayed delivery occur, it should be reported to the immediate leader and sales manager in time.
8. With the purpose of controlling the inventory to be in good condition, it’s necessary to follow up the inventory status of the third-party warehouse.
9. To input, maintain and update the sales data within SAP.
10. Keep good business relationship with the planning personnel of customer, and get to know the voice of customer also feed back to customers in good time.
11. To deal with something with financial department about the invoice issued.
12. Support customer service supervisor and leadership to deal with some administrative issues.
Education / Certification:
1.College degree or above.
2.Major in engineering, Business Administration, Logistic or marketing.
Professional Experience:
1.Job experience required as Sales assistant in the line of engineered production for more than 2 years.
