?   SAP SD + CS application expertise and understand client’s business environment mapped to SAP ERP

Qualifications and Experience:

? Graduate Engineer from reputed college

?  At least 3 years of functional experience in Finance domain

?  Hands-on SAP SD + CS configuration experience with focus on SD functionalities – Master Data, Basic functions, Pricing, Free Goods, Item Proposal, Material Determination, Cross Selling, Out Put Control, Sales Documents, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Delivery Documents, Billing Documents, Contracts, Account determination, Rebate Agreements and Partner Determination.

?  Experience of one full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience would be desirable

?  At least 4 years of Experience in supporting SAP ERP at large client engagement

?  Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules

Responsibilities:

? Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality

? Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client’s needs

? Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and resolve software problems

? Help develop necessary modifications/enhancements to address clients' needs

? Guide end-users on ‘how to do’ basic transactions in SAP system and solve problems

?  Able to understand the issues/tickets, get Root cause for the problem and categorize them into respective functions

?  Understand the different Severities and Priorities based on the Level of issue

? Understand the different SLA's and coordinate with support team for expediting the resolution of tickets

?Ability to Coordinate with Business users and Support team

? Ability to escalate the issues to the next level and keep users updated about the progress of the issue.

? Understand the different monitoring requirements

?  Proactively provide overall feedback to Production Support Manager

?  Ability to search for similar problems in the database and suggest resolution as applicable or pass it on to right stream of next level of support for quick resolution

?  Understands interfaces/batch jobs working

?了解不同的SLA,并与支持团队协调,以加快解决问题             

?能够与业务用户和支持团队进行协调             

?能够将问题升级到下一级,并让用户了解问题的最新进展。             

?了解不同的监控要求             

?主动向生产支持经理提供全面反馈             

?能够搜索数据库中的类似问题,并在适用时建议解决方案,或将其传递到下一级支持的正确流程中,以便快速解决问题             

?了解接口/批处理作业
