Responsibility:

- Customer's technical assistance;
- Supporting the internal technical training activities;
- Managing Not conformity and quality warnings registration, analysis and archive for proper monitor;
- Supporting the management of the internal repair process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electronic engineer;
- market - business oriented approach;
- a similar role experience is an advantage;
- good communication skills to deal with customer;
- good spoken and written English, and advanced computer skills;
- team work oriented and problem solving approach;
- availability for short term travels in land and abroad
- live in Huangdao
