Shengtai Group was established in 2002, through the development for many years, the group becomes a large-scaled enterprise group integrating production of automobile tires, tire tubes, inner tubes, bladders, bead wires, wheel manufacture and international trade.

Shanghai GuangZheng Rubber Co., Ltd. is under Shengtai Gourp. With an annual capacity of 6 million PCR tires, 2.6 million TBR tires and one million wheels, the group owns four tire brands of "RAPID", "SAGITAR", "TAMIR", "THREE-A" with 10 series and more than 400 sizes.

Over the years, the products has passed the certifications of American DOT, European ECE, Brazil INMETRO and China Compulsory Product Certification (3C), European Union Noise Humidification Land, European Union REACH, GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) and others.
