Main Responsibilities:

1 Payment document review
2 Payment to vendors follow up
3 Issue VAT invoice based on Sales invoice in SAP
4 Contract filing
5 Keep account accuracy and check variance
6 As the interface with Bank, Finance Shared Service Center
7 National tax and local tax declation
8 Advance to supplier invoice follow up.
9 Maitain finance information accuracy.
10 Payment document registration.
11 Other tasks assigned by immediate superior.



Required Background Skills

1 College education majored in finance, accounting or other related majors.
2 At least above two years cashier experience in manufacturing plant.
3 GL, Costing experience in manufacturing plant will be a strong plus.
4 High efficiency, like to learn and can work under deadline and pressure, high integrity.
5 Team work attitude.
