1.     Select, train, manage, motivate and evaluate performance of team members.

2.     Create and maintain financial statements and supporting financial reports. Work with managers to ensure that they are getting the information they need from their reports.

3.     Manage the day to day work of the annual corporate budgeting process by developing budget templates, evaluating budgeting software, consolidating global budget, and providing guidance to business leaders throughout the process.

4.     Leverage analytics to enable informed decision-making and increase operational effectiveness. Develop reports that provide key financial information to business partners to enable stronger business decisions to drive growth and profitability.

5.     Develop financial models and submit pricing recommendations to meet financial targets within the business units to support new business proposals (RFP’s).

6.     Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas for improvement.  Advise managers on policies and actions necessary to meet short and long term budget and financial objectives for cost reduction and profit improvement.

7.     Work closely with business leaders in developing plans for new business lines/products. Assess and advise on viability of business models and prepare initial budgets and projections.

8.     Manage inter and intra company cost allocations and service agreements to ensure accuracy and consistency. Work with CFO, Director of Finance, and business leaders to determine appropriate allocation formulas.

9.     Responsible for analysis of underperforming programs as assigned by senior management. Lead annual teams assigned to improve performance of these programs. Recommend changes and track progress against recommendations.

10.  Review changes to financial and reporting systems. Consult on product changes and upgrades.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1.     BA/BS in accounting or finance.

会计或金融学士学位。

2.     Minimum Five (5) to eight (8) years related finance experience including in-depth experience with financial statement analysis and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts.

至少5 - 8年相关财务工作经验，包括对财务报表分析的深入经验和对公司财务概念的深刻理解。

3.     Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of supervisory experience.

至少2到5年的管理经验。

4.     Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

5.     Ability to interface and present to senior members of the organization

6.     Strong analytical skills (ability to recognize and resolve issues.).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1.     MBA with a focus in finance strongly preferred

2.     Experience with Oracle Financials and/or Host Analytics.
