Responsibilities of the role

• 使用各种数据分析工具，应用统计学相关技术和知识，从简单的数据汇总和统计分析到复杂的数据挖掘，保持对电商大环境的深刻理解
• 与规划，创意，社交和客户团队合作，负责电子商务和数字营销的数据管理和分析，包括常规和特殊数据并给予深度洞察报告
• 开展竞品与市场分析，展望市场与行业趋势
• 实施多渠道数据整合项目，加强消费者数据细分洞察，建立分析模型，独立产出数据洞察报告

What you will need

Experience:

• 1年以上的数据分析经验，在电子商务，数字营销/媒体代理，媒体研究或市场数据技术公司有过相关从业经历

• 在建模和预测分析方面拥有丰富的经验，能够高效地分析和解释数据以获取关键的洞察和建议

• 学士学位及以上，数学/统计/计算机专业优先，

Skill:

• 具有淘宝/天猫营销和分析工具（如Adobe，Omniture，Google Analytics等）的经验 a plus

• 了解R，Python，SAS，Eviews，SPSS中的一个或多个
