WORK PERFORMED
1. Interacts with Amphenol sister divisions, vendors, and sub-contractors on a day to day basis on all quality aspects of component supply and finish product manufacture.
2. Monitor company functions to ensure conformance to ISO9001 procedures and company Quality and Procedures manual.
3. Formulation and development of Quality procedures. Routinely raises Notices of Non-conformance (NNC) & Certificates of Conformance (CoC)
4. Develop and prepare Quality, Product Test Instructions, and Quality Plans for existing and new products. Considers Product and Production Risks and actively works on plans to eliminate and minimise same.
5. Analysis faults and product problems to determine root causes then systematically implements corrective actions and effectiveness evaluations. Prepares clear and concise reports of findings.
6. Plans, surveys vendors, tests products for conformity, and maintains the necessary documentation of company RoHS, REACH and Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) compliance and reporting responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS：

(a) Equivalent Education Level Required
Tertiary degree qualification in an engineering or science related discipline is preferred or alternatively higher education associate diploma in quality systems.
(b) Experience Required - Minimum of 10 years experience.
(c) Knowledge Required
Broad quality, manufacturing and engineering experience in a number of related disciplines. Good operational understanding of business practices, effective management skills and good planning and communication ability. Strong problem solving skills.
