岗位职责：
1、维护董事长日常办公环境，对文件进行分类和归档；
2、记录总裁工作日程及根据记录做相应安排；
3、处理总裁的电话、邮件、传真等各种渠道的信息，做到合理过滤和正确传达；
4、做好会议纪录及会议准备工作，熟练整理会议纪要，根据需要撰写中英文邮件、公文、报告等各种文件；
5、承担外事接待活动的组织、翻译任务。

任职要求：
1、大学本科（含）以上学历，专业不限，英语6级以上，口语表达优秀；
2、二年以上总裁秘书工作经验；
3、形象气质好，言谈举止优雅大方，具有较好的亲和力；
4、具备优秀的文笔能力，善于撰写各类公文、商业计划书、工作总结、工作计划等；
具有良好的职业道德，工作认真负责，严谨细致。
5、能适应出差和工作时间不固定
6、具有良好的沟通能力与对外联络、谈判能力，对时尚产品、文化产品的推广策划有一定经验
（如有广告公司、公关公司或服装公司工作经验者优先）。
