MERCHANDISER / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Job Description:

- Excellent communication in English and Chinese (interview will be conducted in English)
Under the management of a project manager (Foreigner)
- Support project manager in the development of products from A to Z:
- Purchasing: Find new suppliers and new materials, according to requirements of quality and certifications
- Internally: collaborate with sample room, purchasing, production, quality and sales
- Customer relation: communicate daily in English with overseas customers
- Computer skills of office use software is a must.
Requirement:
1 1-2 years working experience, ideally with foreigners
2 PC & office (Word, Outlook, Excel) skills
3 Strong sense of responsibility and team work
4 Willingness to learn and progress
5 GOOD ENGLISH and organized is most important above all

Interview in English, over the phone or in person.

We are a 100% foreign owned factory based in South China.
We manufacture and export various technical/ mountain bags and backpacks. Our target is to support SMEs and medium- size brands to produce high quality bags with rather small volumes.
We can provide the latest technical fabrics (Cordura, Gore-Tex, Fiber Glass, etc…) and also using unique techniques like laser cutting, seamless bonding, digital printing for your products.
We own our production in China , as such, we are very involve in the social aspects of the factory, and we are currently working on Social Accountability Certification (SA8000, BSCI, SEDEX).
We currently employ 80 workers. We are always looking for new talents, to be stationed in our factory.
