职位描述:
This position will be responsible for supervising performing activities supporting service repair center in fields of repair administration, spare parts and logistics.
This position will report directly to Service Repair Center Supervisor

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Control Service repairs
- Daily backlog follow up, assigning and reassigning repairs among technicians based on workload
- Debit memo and repair invoice creation
- Other supporting activities related to smooth, effective and on-time repair execution
- Technicians supervising and training for correct repair administration and spare parts data submitting
- DOA products administration and processing
- Driving of products disassembling
- Preparation of reports, either regular weekly, monthly reports or any ad hoc reports, based on the specification
- Back up of the subordinating and supervising positions as well as technician team leaders
- Driving waste separation
- Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
- Maintaining of positive work climate including safety, politics of quality and organization principals
- Participating on trainings within the group, share working experience within the department and company

Key Performance Indicators Include:
- Customer Satisfaction (Net Promoter Score)
- Service level ( On Time Delivery)
- Repair turnaround time

Technical Skills (To Know)
- Operations background: understanding of materials flows, repair operations, cycle time
- Excellent project management skills.

Managerial Skills (To Show)
- Work in team
- Understand and Resolve Issues
- Promotes a culture of customer satisfaction and delight: ensures team members always remember that the customer is the reason we are in business

Education
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
Fluent English both written and spoken.

Work Experience
Minimum 2 years work experience in Operations management with direct responsibility on production / repair / warehouse operations.
A similar “start –up” experience working for an international company is a must.
