Job Description for Technical Trainer specializing in MV product for MFG and T&L industry
Responsibilities:
？ Plan and carry out professional technical trainings to internal colleagues, partners and industrial customers, develop new training programs, keep knowledge updated to meet market’s request.
？ Develop and set up different training courses and plans for internal sales, internal technical support engineers, partner’s sales, partner’s TSE and end users based on different product lines and applications
？ Carry out training plans with records, keep the traceability of knowledge
？ Keep the training content updated when new products or new applications are available
？ Other technical support task will be assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
BS or MS in an engineering field such as Automation, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of optics and lighting is a plus
Languages:
Fluent mandarin and English in both speaking and writing
Computer Skills:
MS-Office, especially skillful for PPT
Professional Experience:
More than 2 years technical support or project experience on machine vision application is a MUST.
A minimum of 1 years of experience on conducting technical trainings in a similar position with coaching and communication skills
Work experience on industrial identification products is preferred also
Personal Qualification:
The uppermost qualification is a working attitude of devoting to team goal
Positive attitude, can work under pressure
Candidate should have: good communication, organizing, presentation, problem analyzing and solving skills
