职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.市场信息（包括一手信息和二手信息）的收集、整理、统计、分析；
2.市场调研（包括供给调研和需求调研）的方案设计、执行、监督、核查，并可独立撰写市场研究报告；
3.参与项目定位及策划相关工作，参与相关策划报告撰写；
4.对市场进行经常性的分析及研究，撰写较有深度的专题性市场分析文章。
Responsibilities:
1.Collect and analyse market information (first-hand & second-hand);
2.Design,conduct and inspect market research (demand & supply), report composement individually;
3.Participate in project positioning & planning and report writing;
4.Keep regular analysis and study of market, finish topic analysing report in depth.


岗位要求：
1.房地产、区域经济、建筑学、或其他相关专业本科毕业；
2.二年以上房地产相关经验者优先，熟悉青岛房地产市场，有开发商或同类顾问公司市场研究及策划工作者优先；
3.计算机操作能力强，可熟练运用Word、EXCEL、PowerPoint等进行数据处理及演示文稿的制作，可熟练运用PhotoShop、SPSS等专业统计软件者优先；
4.具有较强的文字表达能力和语言表达能力，条理清楚，综合分析能力强；
5.有较强的人际沟通能力和团队精神，勇于承担压力，有强烈的学习愿望和一丝不苟的工作作风。
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree,major in real estate,regional economics,architecture or related;
2.Experience with real estate over a year is preferred;market research and planning experience in property developer or similar consultanting company is preferred.
3.Excellent skills in computer, proficiency with Word、Excel;
4.Strong ability in writing,speaking and analysing logically.
5.Strong ability in interpersonal communication and sense of teamwork;working under pressure;strong willingness to learn and careful work style. 举报 分享
