岗位职责
1、负责公司前台的电话与接待工作；
2、负责总经理日常安排的记录、提醒工作；
3、完成总经理下达任务的落实、跟踪；
4、负责公司会议材料的整理、存档工作；
5、精致优雅的现代化办公环境，和谐愉快的工作氛围，工作任务由简入繁。

任职资格
1、英语口语、书写能力强，需携带英文版简历参加面试；
2、年龄22—27岁之间；
3、有驾照者优先录用；
4、对你的工作经验无硬性规定，我们期待你的进步和蜕变，但有工作经验的意向人才优先；
5、我们希望你有较强的适用能力，能尽快融入到新的工作中来，并有良好的团队协作精神。
