职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1、Raw Material call off Operation
      Work closely with Asia Purchasing team and related departments in GRT on following:
      Make raw material forecast based on production schedule and BOM
      Monitor raw material inventory in the factory
      Secure the best inbound logistics to make import material delivery to factory on time with good quality status by lower cost
      Place order and follow//track material on time in full delivery
      Deal with payment process by working closely with finance department
      Evaluate suppliers delivery and quality performance
      Implement and optimize plant purchasing operation system & procedure
2、In-direct material Procurement Operation
      Work with Global & Asia Purchasing team and coordinate with relative Departments in factory up in-direct material sourcing and purchasing strategy to ensure smooth supply of the mater good quality by the lowest cost
      Handle import equipment and machine delivery to factory with better inbound logistics ope
      Work with relative Departments,manage spare part and other indirect material inventory at reasonable level
      Explore MRO cost saving opportunities
      Manage and develop Factory Purchasing team on professional skills and capabilities to achieve target

Required Education and Experience
       Bachelor degree or above
       Above 8 years solid experiences on Procurement manage experience in manufacturer
       With experience on import and export operation
       Chemistry or Auto especially on Tire industry is preferred

Required Skills and Abilities
        People management and leadership skills
        Strong negotiation ,interpersonal,communication and coordination skills
        Ability to drive aggressive implementation plans and schedules
        Must be able to problem solve and handle multiple tasks effectively
        Excellent oral and written communication skills for both English and Mandarin
