职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、生产计划的安排与协调工作；
2、作业现场生产、质量数据的收集、统计和分析；
3、车间现场及物料的管理；
4、负责生产计划的制订、落实和监督以及人员的管理、调配；
5、加强设备管理，保证设备状态良好，使用正常；
6、努力提高产品质量及时处理生产中出现的技术、工艺问题，保证生产顺利进行。
7、完成上级领导交派的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，有英语基础者优先；
2.踏实稳重，动手能力强，有较强的组织协调沟通能力，有极强的责任意识；
3.3年以上生产管理经验，有外企生产或先进企业管理工作经验者优先。
