职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is Quality Engineer in F-M Qingdao plant for Wiper business, include but not limited on customer quality, product quality, process quality, supplier quality, advanced quality, continuous improvement quality management system, quality certification and other tasks linked quality function.
Quality Functions
1. To achieve business objectives, manage incoming inspection (SQE, IQC) ，process quality control, final/finish goods quality control, Control all in-process and out-going product quality and quality control on customer side and aftermarket service according assignment.
2. To collect date and track performance & provide monthly report on assigned sub-functions.
3. Develop and improve quality systems, reduce warranty, reduce scrap, & improve first time/first batch pass yield.
4. To manage/coordinate/resolve quality and delivery problems, gathering data, analyzing root cause, creating 8D reports, etc. and implementing corrective action to reduce or eliminate non-value waste.
5. Set up, implement and maintain quality management system according to TS16949 standard and responsible for the annual TS16949 audit according assignment.
6. Coordinate external or internal audit, organizing internal process, product and customers’ audit as well as ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions if needed.
7. Participate in project management and leading on quality function on APQP, Control Plan and PFMEA analysis and provide PPAP as requested by customers.
8. Apply statistical analysis for continuous production process improvement.
9. Measure and monitor customer satisfaction and customer complain
10. Customer complaint coordination between plant & customer, lead cross function team to do FM tips, visit customer for issue confirmation , FM tips reporting as request if necessary;
11. Ensures all works are carried out in good conditions respecting company standards and applicable norms & legislation.
12. Other tasks assigned by superior.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in science or engineering background.
- At least 3 years related working experience in manufacturing. Automotive background experience and working in multinational company is preferred.
- Possess Quality tools skill and experience (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, MSA, etc.)
- Knowledge in ISO 9000 / IATF 16949, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma experience is a plus.
- PC Skills: MS Office: Word, Excel (with charting knowledge), Access, PowerPoint, Statistical Software knowledge.
- Good at communication coordination team work spirit and skill.
- Good oral and written English.
- Under high work pressure and self-driven.
- Can start work immediately will be an advantage.
- Experience working in globalized organization
