职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Material and Production planning for axles and suspension manufacturing, availability of component for manufacturing and supply to the customers as per their requirement of Axles, suspensions and loose parts. Customer service management by coordination and execution of manufacturing and supply operation.

Daily job:
1. Review of Contract, confirm readiness of the PO. according to component lead time
1) Material Scheduling through MRP, Product BOM, Routing in ERP. Coordinate with supply chain for the component lead time to meet the production plan;
2) Coordinate with production for the manufacturing of Axles and suspensions;
3) Coordinate with Finance for the price
2. Update and monitor the delivery plan, ensure the plan is met, customers are satisfied.
1) Follow up with production, update the customer with delivery plan;
2) Coordinate the Customer Service Department on the delivery and export;
3) Find out component shortage in advance for all the POs;
4) Generate the Delivery Compliances Report, showing;
3. Single point contact for Customer for the delivery plan.
4. Monitor Plan vs Supply to avoid production stoppage and late delivery due to component shortage.
