职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? Define and implement Tooling Purchasing strategy
? Define and implement a global “Tooling Management” process (including
procedures) and tools
? Define Target Tooling panel supplier
? Manage Group Tooling Budget
? Validate and release tool requests in terms of costs, lifetime and supplier
? Perform total cost analysis for tooling , preparing basis for decision during
Sourcing Committee
? Manage Tool design workshops with Suppliers in order to ensure proper design
and maximize lifetime
? Setup and manage process within Sourcing & Purchasing teams and Suppliers to
ensure renewal on time
? Contribute to Technical initiative to support group cost saving
? Contribute and Comply with DATALOGIC and Sourcing & Purchasing strategy

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
? Tooling budget and spend accuracy
? Tooling price reduction
? Tool renewal on time
? Tooling Allocation vs K Supplier Spending

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor in Engineering
? Fluent in English and other Asian language (Vietnamese or Chinese) is an asset
? More than 5 years-experience in tooling design (Plastic, Die casting or Stamping)
? Automotive experience in matrix environment is an key asset
? Quality, Cost, Delivery experience
? QR6S Green Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt is plus
