职位描述：
Detailed Responsibilities:
Manage the daily work of operations ,balance and optimize the workload between team members .
Control the data quality for team ,match the KPI target.
Make Operation procedure standardization and optimized .
Handle all the special case in team also solve all the problem.Train team mumber to handle cases individually .
Negotiate with agent & trucking company & carrier & shipper , approaching company profit.
Develop ,support and maintain feasible proceeding environment for key account business .
To be the coordinator between team and other departments(SALES ,DOC ,ADM).Lead a good team working entironment .
Report Monthly OP performance to Manager .


Requirements
