RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Implement marketing events, such as roadshows, seminars, tradeshows, partner meeting etc.
? Coordinate with corporate marketing team on all designs localization in Datalogic website, emailing, brochures and other collaterals etc.
? Implement online promotion including social media (Weibo, WeChat, Youku etc.), enewsletter, digital advertising, webinar etc.
? Manage telemarketing to get potential customer information with leads generation.
? Support with agency to implement SEM program to generate leads and improve branding awareness.
? Work with local PR agency and communications including PR programs, major launches, media interviews, executive tours, customer case studies, local media announcements, feature articles. etc.
? Support the channels marketing programs that drive demand in the territory. These activities may include planning, developing, and implementing programs for partners, as well as promotions and product launch programs.
? Manage and track leads by CRM system, doing ROI analysis to evaluate and improve effectiveness of marketing communications programs.
? Implement and ensure compliance with corporate branding and visual standards.
? Execute direct marketing programs for more focused and effective target group promotion.
? All other ad-hoc duties as specified by the management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communication (both field & channel) with proven successes related to leads generation.
? Experience on digital marketing communication is essential.
? Experience on leads generation marketing communication is essential.
? Good event & program management skills.
? The ability to effectively utilize marketing and communication tools.
? Telemarketing experience is preferred.
? Good Brand Management skills, project and vendor management abilities.
? Good communication skill and commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix business environment.
? Creative and energetic. Able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment and proven experience implementing programs that help drive growth.
? Good analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Drive for Result and budget conscious.
? Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills (Mandarin/English) a must.
? Excellent knowledge of MSOffice, Salesforce.com would be a plus.
? Proficient in use of Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, InDesign would be a plus.
