职位描述:
- Participates in the sales budget processing
- Monitors constantly the sales results with respect to the budget
- Compiles a monthly analysis report of the sales volume and margins
- Compiles a quarterly analysis reports stating all the information about market trends/evolutions and competitor activity
- Meets periodically Customers
- Organizes and prepares Customers meetings with the Sales Manager, defining together the issue to discuss, negotiating style and target/goals to achieve
- Compiles regulary meeting reports
- Agrees with the Sales Manager, activities to be planned and acts for their implementation
- Opens the design and planning activities with platform technical managers by providing clear and comprehensive information
- Constantly in contact/ Interfaces regularly with the Customer’s company functions in order to respond to their requests and to assure maximum satisfaction
- Updates price lists, sale conditions and forecasting interfacing with the program and planning dept(Logistic)
- Manages contracts problems with Customers
- Interfaces with Technical Area in order to solve approval and product quality issues
- Coordinates , controls and supports the interfunctional activities agreed with Sales Manager
- Coordinates , controls and supports the activities at Customer’s plant agreed with Sales Director
- Collects market information and needs/exigencies and transfers them to Sales Director
- Researchs and selects potential application of the Company technology


QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree in Engineering, Electronics and/or Technical area, able to read technical drawings
- Knowledge in depth of Business to Business ( B2B) sales
- Fluent English both oral and written
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Interne Explorer)
- Ability in managing commercial meetings, budgeting and sales reports
- Good communication & negotation skills
