职位描述：
Primary Purpose and Objective:

To assist in carrying out container yard operations tasks and vessel operations issues under standard work procedures.

Key Duties:

Vessel Operation

1. Liaise with Terminal Operator for Change of Vessel (COV), Change of Destination (COD), re-handling, cancel shipment and hold shipment arrangement upon shipper’s request
2. Prepare cargo Booking Forecast & Loading list to MSC SIN & MSC SOR or Partner
3. Cross check the outbound cargoes details such as container size / POD / etc. from terminal record
4. Generate Outbound Container details to internal Department
5. Answer external inquiries such as container release and CY operation
6. Coordinate vessel activities when staying in port
7. Coordinate with related parties to handle emergency case
8. Prepare Loading/discharging Plan/Summary to all relevant parties
9. Apply late come with terminal if needed
10. Attend vessel and discuss with Chief Officer or Master to amend the stowage plan to maximize the usage of slot with suitable stability status if needed
11. Check the Dangerous Cargo stowage with SIPX & Chief Officer or Master
12. Prepare all IMO documents and special cargo on top of submitting to Chief Mate upon vessel arrival
13. Standby to coordinate with ship side / Terminal / partner / internal Department for urgent case during vessel berthing.
14. Collect all the relevant documents from ship side / Terminal and Tally office
15. Prepare Departure Report (Dep Bayplan, TOR, slot monitoring file, etc.) for sent to concerned parties within time frame as per Principal’s instruction
16. Prepare COD list / OPT list / late come released cargo list to internal Department, Sales and Accounting Department on voyage basis
17. Provide shut out list & Outbound ECLP to CSR Department
18. Handle queries from customers, Principals and internal departments regarding the terminal operations
19. Perform document control for quality check
20. Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies
21. Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor and management
22. Handle maritime business as per HQ and ship management request
