职位描述：
SCOPE: Drive all necessary actions to achieve the best supplier delivery performance by evaluating and improving supplier’s capacity and logistic capabilities; Mitigate the risk of stopping DATALOGIC and Customer lines and bring sustainable improvements in the supply chain.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to Commodity Strategy creation and implementation
- Analyze and asses at supplier’s site their capacity vs. DATALOGIC needs, short and long term (audits)
- Ensure supplier capacity information is clear and updated within DATALOGIC systems
- Identify and improve structural capacity and logistic bottlenecks at suppliers
- Analyze supplier capacity situation for Sourcing Committee decision
- Prioritize production at suppliers based on DATALOGIC lines and customer needs in case of capacity restrictions at supplier
- Give direction to Material Management for communication and ordering process with suppliers in case of capacity restrictions at supplier
- Analyze the customer's demand increase request (input from Material Management, Manufacturing, BU, Sales) and feedback about any potential constrains and time to close them
- Negotiate, Manage, control supplier contracts (especially Logistic Agreements)
- Ensure Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) at suppliers within the commodity to increase supplier's capability and productivity
- Responsible in Budget process for Delivery targets by commodity
- Risk assessment of Commodity supply base including Logistic Audits
- Comply with DATALOGIC and Sourcing & Purchasing rules and policies
- Improve processes in collaboration with Sourcing & Purchasing Business Improvement Team

- Commodity Supplier On Time Delivery (and Availability)
- Commodity contractual coverage (100% Logistic protocol)
- Customer line stoppages due to the supplier capacity
- DATALOGIC line stoppages due to the supplier capacity
- DATALOGIC back order value due to supplier capacity
- Global capacity for the supply of components from his/her commodity group
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor in Economics/Logistics or Engineering
- Fluent in English and other language (Hungarian, Vietnamese or Chinese) is an asset
- Automotive experience in matrix environment is an asset
- At least 8 years working experiences, including 2-5 years of experience in Logistics
- Trained in Lean principles, QR6S Yellow Belt is an asset
