职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to collect and analyse operational and financial data from audit functions in different branches/offices and manage the preparation of different reports for regulatory filing or internal management purposes
- Agree the work plan with senior staff and allocate work to team members.
- Monitor the progress of work assigned to team members and review their work deliverables.
- Report the work status to senior staff in a timely manner

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Financial Management/Administrative Management area.
- Over 3 years of supervising or team lead experience in a multinational organization or accounting firms is preferred.
- College English Test Band 4 (CET-4) or above.
- Good computer skills which must include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Good time management skill.
- A sense of responsibility and be hard working and mature.
- Fast learner and willing to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging environment.

工作职责
- 带领团队从各个分所/办公室的审计部门收集运营数据和财务数据进行分析，并为监管报备或内部管理目的准备各种报告；
- 与上级确定工作安排并向团队成员分配工作任务；
- 监督团队成员的工作进度并检查团队成员的工作成果；
- 及时向上级汇报工作进度。

基本要求
- 本科学历，会计、财务管理、行政管理等相关专业；
- 3年以上的团队管理经验，有外企或会计师事务所相关工作经验者优先考虑；
- 大学英语四级或以上证书；
- 熟悉使用包括Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件；
- 良好的沟通和组织能力以及人际技巧；
- 良好的时间管理能力；
- 富有责任感，工作认真、努力，勇于承担；
- 学习能力强且乐于学习；
