1、制定并达成所辖区域的销售目标。
2、所辖市场开拓，制定并落实海外参展、出访计划。
3、区域团队日常管理工作。
4、研判所辖区域市场最新动向，制定市场发展计划，落实市场营销方案。
5、落实公司安排的其他工作任务。
岗位要求：
1、专业技能要求：具有四年以上轮胎从业及团队管理经验，熟悉掌握PCR&TBR轮胎产品知识，熟悉公司营销政策及管理办法，精通外贸业务技能，能熟练掌握市场信息收集及分析方法、市场定位方法、销售谈判技巧，英语或所辖区域语种流利。
2、职业技能要求：熟练使用word，excel等办公软件，具有较强市场分析与决策能力、沟通能力、计划能力、谈判能力，
