PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Receiving visitors
2. Receiving and routing incoming phone calls
3. Recording messages and dealing with initial point of contact enquiries with referral to relevant staff for detailed responses
4. Provide the sorting and distribution of mail for assigned department.
5. Making purchase and management for office routine stationeries and equipments
6. Set up and maintain department files
7. Keep the office environment in order and clear
8. Handle travel arrangement, such as booking air ticket, hotel, pick-up service, etc.
9. Record staffs’ attendance and leave
10. Assist to organize company events, like outing, annual dinner, etc.
11. Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Associate degree.
2. A minimum of one (1) year related experience.
3. Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
4. Excellent writing and oral communications skills. Fluent in Mandarin, proficient in English.
5. Ability to take on projects, work independently and successfully meet deadlines.
6. Experience in operating standard office equipment.
7. Timely, reliable performance record.
