Skills/Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in engineering.
2.Above 5 years’ experience in purchasing area and sourcing activities.
3.Be familiar with ISO9000 /14000 or TS Quality System
4.Strong problem solving skill on operation execution.
5.Strong coordination and communication skill with inter and external customer and supplier.
6.Strong negotiation skills with the suppliers
7.Good command of verbal and written English
8.Good summary / data analysis skill.
9.Strong cost management sense.

Responsibilities
1.Payment Planning /Forecast & Invoice collection
2.Sourcing from Domestic & foreign markets such as China, India and Europe.
3.Negotiating Price, Quantity and Schedules & commercial contract arrangements with suppliers
4.Ensuring that products are delivered on time.
5.Taking into account customer demand, price and quality and availability before making decision
6.Reacting to any changes in customer demand
7.Developing effective relationships with suppliers
8.Developing new supplier relationships
9.Managing purchasing, ensuring PO’s, RFQ’s are managed and released on time.
10.Ensuring GP and intranet maintained and updated on time.
11.Outsourcing stock checking & component sourcing.
12.Continuous improving purchasing process for better purchasing efficiency, price, cost and delivery.
13.Perform any other tasks as assigned. 举报 分享
