Job Description:

• Ordering AD eyewear & watch as often as possible from our License Partners but at least 4 times a year.
  Product and quantity selection according to store classification and performance.
  Respect fresh product range, react to sales trends, reduce capital tied.
• Manage the coverage and penetration of licensed products in Adidas network.

• Manage, monitor and analyze sales and stock figures of all global licensed products in own retail stores in China.
  Follow-up on sales data, adapt product availability to sales development.
  Assure permanent availability of contemporary products.-Ensure that slow selling, end of life-cycle and/or obsolete products are sold off via sales discounts or via Factory Outlets.

• Develop and coordinate pos activities with Own Retail management.
• Organize staff trainings, training material and visual merchandising support.
  Responsible for the merchandising in the adidas stores in China and the implementation and management of merchandising guidelines throughout the region.
• Compile monthly sales figures as well as quarterly sales analysis and reporting to the Licensees and aHQ.
• Deliver local market feedback on product lines, competition to aChina, Licensees and aHQ.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business.
• At least 5-8 years experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
• Retail experience is an advantage.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
