PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
1. Major in mechanical or related background in technical school.
机械工程或相关学科，至少技校以上学历。
2. Working experience in manufactory industry, have experience in operating injection moulding machine will be a plus.
制造部门工作经历，最好有注塑机操作经验。
3. Good communication skills, teamwork.
良好的沟通能力，团队精神。
4. Be able to read drawings, willing to get training.
能够阅读技术图纸，愿意接受培训。
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1. Set up, handle and monitoring of moulding machines.
负责注塑机的调试工作。
1) Provide tools and machines according planing table .
根据计划表提供相应模具及配件。
2) Remove and cleaning from tools from the machine and transport with filled out corrective action card to the tool shop.
按操作规程装卸模具工具。
3) Cleaning of machines and equipment. 保持机器设备的整洁。
4) Setup the process, checking the parts quality after drawings, worker self inspection.
按照工艺流程调试设备并根据图纸自检产品。
5) Solve production breaks. 解决生产停机问题。
6) Optimize parameters regarding quality and effectiveness.
充分利用相应参数提高质量和效率。
7) Supplying raw material and bins.维护原材料和料箱的供应。
2. Maintenance and service of moulding machines.注塑机的维修保养服务。
Filling from maintenance plan´s, changing defect nozzles, RSP, screw´s and heating plates, correct leaks in oil system.
填写维护保养计划；更换损坏喷嘴，螺钉和热处理托盘；纠正预防漏油。
3. Prepartion.准备工作。
1) Prepare the working place .工作场所的预备。
2) Provide the parts and packing. 配件和包装。
3) Checking the total parts. 检查所有的产品。
4. Put the production waste and scrap parts into the assigned garbage collection place after crush process.
塑料件生产废料及报废零件需粉碎后集中收集放至指定的垃圾存放处。
5. Other works asigned by superior.
完成上级安排的其他工作。
