Responsibilities

Main Objectives
Be responsible for supporting ZF entities to optimize business process in ZF operations as well as supporting new ZF establishments, establishing benchmark and best practice.

Key responsibilities
1. Providing support to BU for FS (feasibility studies) including
- Assist and participate in site selection
- Prepare and participate in communication/negotiation with local authorities
- Build and examine business plans for new entities (focus on WOFEs, e.g. sourcing localization possibility, make/buy decision, target structure, organizational setup)
- Develop toolbox for FS CN
2. Providing support for projects resulting from Compliance, business cases and related area.
3. Supporting SAPRO audits
4. Analyzing need for process improvement, conducting benchmark and improvement projects, determining and implementing best practices in Chinese ZF-entities, building up, maintaining and sharing best practice knowledge base.
5. Providing service for existing ZF enterprises in China on demand, including Board Meeting support, documentation and system filing.

Requirements

Basic Requirements
Working experience 5 + years related working experience
Education University degree
English Outstanding listening, speaking, reading and writing skills of English
German None
Computer Proficiency in MS Office knowledge and skill
Qualification Finance and/or business administration

Professional skills and abilities
Must-haves:
1. Familiarization of state/company laws and regulations in China
2. Analytical skills (finance) & business perspective
3. Good communication and coordination skills

Nice-to-have
Overseas working experience, German language skills.
