职位描述：
Electrical Vehicle Powertrain Engineer Position. 电动车电驱动系统制造工艺工程师

1. Minimum 6 years experience in Full Electrcial Vehicle Battery Pack Assembly and Motor Assembly. 至少6年在全电动车电池总成及电机装配领域的工作经验；
2. Familiar with Battery Assembly Process from battery Cell to battery module to battery pack. 熟悉电池组装从电芯到电池模块到电池包的装配工艺；
3. Familiar with battery pack test & validate procedure 熟悉电池包的出厂前测试及封装技术要求；
4. Familiar with the battery pack and motor marriage process with full vehicle 熟悉电池包和电机同整车的最终装配工艺；
5. Ability to develop assembly layouts and productivity analysis. 能够进行工艺布局的开发，并进行生产通过性的分析；
6. Ability to liaise with product development team to provide manufacturability advices. 能够和产品工程部门协同，提出制造分析的建议；
7. Self-driving learning and problem solving skills. 自我驱动型的学习能力和解决问题能力
8. Good Autocad experience 良好的AutoCAD软件使用能力
