Description
?Coordinate equipment maintenance and systems integration;
?Prepares documentation and leads compliance to a planned maintenance program;
?Investigates maintenance-related issues and recommends solutions;
?Revises system software where possible to prevent downtime;
?Troubleshoots machining and equipment to prevent downtime;
?Assures systems compatibility for control equipment;
?Determines building requirements including utilities, water, sewer, electrical, hazardous material requirements, etc.;
?Assists in the design of building changes;
?Verifies equipment and systems effectiveness and recommends revision or purchase of new equipment;
?Ensures proper placement of service material and equipment;
?Manages / leads maintenance resources performing maintenance and repairs; and
?Manage / lead new facility improvement projects.

Required Qualifications:
?ABET accredited Engineering or Engineering Technology degree;
?Previous experience in equipment diagnostics, systems integration and maintenance coordination; and
?Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Desired Qualifications:
The following criteria will be beneficial but not required:
?Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment;
?Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers.
