The Facility Technician performs the following job duties:

· Creates and maintains facility layouts;
· Maintains facilities and assets for improved machine performance and uptime;
· Designs or assists with design of new equipment and / or systems installation;
· Performs analysis to determine present and future space requirements;
· Identifies utility needs and prepares detailed work orders;
· Coordinates receipt of equipment and installation schedules; and
· Assists with machine maintenance and recommends corrective actions.

Required Qualifications:

· ABET accredited Engineering or Engineering Technology degree;
· Strong analytical skills; and
· Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
