1.Support Production Manager to be an advocate of Site continuous improvement;

2.Challenge existing processes/working habits to identify change opportunities;

3.Initiate changes, identify barriers and problems with the implementation process and take corrective action;

4.Develop a practical goal, plan and specific approach to drive result;

5.Collaborate with other functions to seek for resources and gain commitment to support change;

6.Create an open and receptive environment for the needs of change through communication, training and experience sharing;

7. Production process control;

8. New products and new technology introduction;

9. The making of production process and relevant training;

10. The new project participants;

11. Preparation of training materials for production staff in the range of the function and support Production Manager in production Staff training process;

12. The other tasks assigned by the general manager;

13. Preparation of Operational Manuals for all Production Processes including materials, components loading, unloding, storage;

14. Continues audits of compliance of production with operational principles. Preparation of audit reports With corrective actions proposals to Production Manager and GM.
