工作使命:
我负责执行商场的产品修复和质量流程,以预防产品受损,并回收及重复利用受损产品。借此,我为我们本地市场树立了良好的环保榜样,并向大众展示宜家低成本营运的面貌。我推动产品修复流程的发展,与营运部经理共同预防商场内部产品受损,并在不同修复区域高效进行产品回收和垃圾管理。我还负责商场的产品质量流程。

PURPOSE OF FUNCTION
To contribute to the growth and long-term profitability of the IKEA store through systems and methods for lowering costs, increasing quality perception, handling quality matters and maximizing profit.
This is done by:
- driving co-operation across functions and focusing on damages, sales errors and quality problems, thereby preventing costs to occur in the first place.
- utilising the right methods for optimizing the revenue from IKEA products that would otherwise not be possible to sell.
- contribute to the IKEA sustainability goals by giving products a second chance, or through sustainable divestment of products where this is not possible.
PURPOSE OF JOB
To lead, develop and manage the recovery and quality work in her or his store.
To prevent unnecessary costs to assets and give products a second chance while keeping the bottom line profit and sustainability in mind.
This is achieved through continuous development, follow ups and support for working methods, processes and tools.
To work proactively across functions and together with Q-store to identify, investigate, report and follow up potential improvements regarding the quality associated with IKEA products.
To secure the Recovery department's contribution to business goals through representation in the store and national forums.
This encourages co-operation between functions with the aim of achieving an optimal positive impact on the bottom line and the environment.
ASSIGNMENT
Co-operate across functions to ensure everyone understands and contributes to the recovery process by focusing on prevention, revenue, sustainability and quality.
Take a lead in ensuring that prevention is one of the key focus points in the IKEA store.
Identify and develop needs, potential growth and improvements for efficient ways of working through co-operation within the store, the national recovery and quality matrix and the Q-store.
Contribute to the business plan and budget processes within the store.
Set goals, measurements and constantly strive for improving the ability of the store to perform daily tasks in accordance with set rules and guidelines, and find the best working methods for preventing costs and optimizing revenue while keeping the bottom-line profit in mind.
Implement and continuously ensure optimal usage of common working methods, processes and tools related to the Recovery process.
Secure sustainable ways of working throughout the whole recovery process Identify and develop the many talents within the Recovery department to secure succession planning.
Contribute in the national recovery and quality matrix to enable knowledge and competence sharing between stores.
JOB-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
Extensive knowledge in optimizing recovery revenue.
Good knowledge of IKEA store functions and how they contribute to the recovery and quality process.
Possess good insights into business navigation and a deep understanding for how recovery and quality contributes effectively to the bottom line.
