职位描述：
Mission:
As P&P Specialist you in charge of the Plant & Property of whole factory, including the basic maintenance and long-term prevent plan, you will also response for construction project in company.
Your mission is to build up quick re-action, long-term pre-action maintenance team to support “state-of-the-art” manufacturing factory.
You will have a maintenance team report to you.
Safety operation is key for maintenance team.

Job description:
Operational maintenance
Safety first is key for you maintenance team during daily operation.
Customer satisfaction should be vision of your team, your customer is the user of plant & property, you response for the solution to improve customer satisfaction which include reaction time and quality of the maintenance.
Efficiency of the maintenance engineer relate to cost of operation, you response to continue to improve with fact and figure.
5S of factory is your responsibility.
Prevent maintenance and process
You response for the prevent maintenance plan and implement with relate function and external supplier, include the long-term maintenance by supplier.
The scope including office, factory building, firefighting system, crane & Forklift, production line and so on.
You response for the yearly plan including yearly budget of plant&property, spare parts and consumable, fix asset management and yearly fix asset count.
Construction project
You response for the leading of construction project, we have several construction project due to the compressor move in project in 2016 and 2017.
The key point of construction project is safety, timing, cost, you should have regular project follow process to guarantee the project management.

Experience requirements
Experience of production & Equipment management.
Electric operation license of High-voltage, and low-voltage.
Construction management experience will be a plus.

Strong organization / communication skills / Equipment
ISO14001&18000
Safety awareness

Educational requirements
Engineering or relate bachelor degree.
Fluent in Microsoft Office Application

Self-motivated, responsibility.
