岗位职责
Job Responsibility
1. 负责新生产设备软件和硬件的安装及维护,负责设备新项目导入的程序编写，电气参数列表的设定；
Responsible for new lines and equipment installation and maintenance, write the PLC program and the parameter list;
2. 支持生产过程中设备电气故障的排除；
Support machine breakdown problem solving;
3. 负责对维修人员的电气培训；
 Responsible for training technician about the electric knowledge;
4. 负责电气标准化的推行；
Responsible for the standardization of the electrical;
5. 负责由于过程改进和产品改进需要的设备电气改善；
    Responsible for items related to electric improvement;
6. Tracing系统的维护；
Responsible for maintenance of Tracing system;
7. 设备软件的管理与维护；
Responsible for equipment software management;
8. 负责配合进行过程质量问题的分析；
Responsible for process quality issue improvement related on machine or equipment
9. 完成上级主管交办的其他相关事宜。
    Finish other works assigned by leader

要求
Requirements
1. 本科以上学历，主修电气自动化专业或工业自动化专业；
2. 掌握伺服运动控制系统的基本原理，熟悉运动控制系统的优先考虑；
3. 熟悉PLC系统的硬件、软件原理及组成
4. 熟练使用Siemens S7，WinCC flexible 软件；
5. 对新型和常规电气元器件较为熟悉，并能熟练运用于现场控制；
6. 有独立项目开发经验的优先。 举报 分享
