Responsibilities:
1. Independent develop new customer and maintaining existing long-term rapports with customers.
独自开发新客户，维护好长期友好的客户关系。
2. Understand high-potential customer needs, and translate into solutions Shaw can fulfill.
了解高意向潜在客户的需求并将之转换为萧氏所能提供的服务。
3. Monitor and understand the market trend. Introduce Shaw’s product, service and innovation to win the new business opportunities．
关注并了解市场趋势。介绍萧氏的产品、服务与创新以获得新的商机。
4. Convincing key customers that Shaw`s product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
使关键客户明白萧氏的产品与服务将在质量、价格、运输上最大程度满足他们的需求。
5. Cooperate with team members to achieve Team sales goals/targets.
与团队成员合作达成团队的销售目标。
6. Must have a clear understanding of Shaw Industries' internal/external Procedures to help address any problems that arise.
清楚了解萧氏产业的内外部工作流程以助更好的解决出现的问题。

Requirements:
1. College degree in management, business or other appropriate field.
大专及以上学历，管理、商务等相关专业。
2. At least 2 years sales related experience required.
2年以上销售相关工作经验。
3. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, demonstrates high level of initiative.
具有责任感、细节关注、积极主动的展现力。
4. Logical, strong analytical & problem-solving ability.
具备较高的逻辑思维能力、分析能力、问题解决能力。
5. Professional behavior in conduct, conversation and correspondence at all times.
工作中体现专业素质的执行力、沟通力。
6. Must be able to travel for work.
能适应出差工作。
7. Should be able to lift samples and lift 20 kg.
体能上能够提举20公斤左右的样品。
8. English general level.
英语能简单使用。
